Harbour Food Service Equipment is proud to announce the recent opening of Pagu in Cambridge's Central Square. Pagu features an eclectic menu based on chef-owner Tracy Chang's Spanish and Japanese culinary background as well as a well curated beverage menu highlighting wines from the Iberian Peninsula and Basque country, Japanese Sake, Spanish ciders, Sake cocktails, and a variety of gin and tonics. The open kitchen features the latest in kitchen design: the multi-station "island" style Hestan Suite. We congratulate everyone at Pagu on developing a very modern and unique space to add to the burgeoning Central Square restaurant scene.
